Neptune’s Wrath:

Have your matchbook ready, because you’re going to be lighting stuff on fire with this delicious drink.

1.5oz GIN (@beefeatergin)
1/4oz ABSINTHE
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1/4oz GREEN CHARTRUESE (@chartreuse_uk)
EGG WHITE

•Combine gin, absinthe, lemon, sugar, and egg in shaker
•Vigorously dry shake to aerate egg
•Add large rock of ice and shake 10-15 seconds more
•Double strain into chilled footed-rocks glass
•In a jigger, carefully ignite the chartreuse with a match
•Let burn for 5 seconds or so before pouring into the glass
