New York Sour:

I love whiskey sours, but this is my first time making a New York Sour. It’s strange to think that all of these ingredients combine to make something so delicious.

1.5oz RYE WHISKEY (@whistlepigwhiskey)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)
3/4oz RED WINE
EGG WHITE

•Combine whiskey, lemon, syrup, and egg white in shaker
•Dry shake 10 seconds before adding a large rock of ice and shaking 10 seconds more
•Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass
•After the egg white settles, pour red wine over the back of a barspoon on top
