This is the first drink throughout my Instagram cocktail adventure that I have made for a second time, simply because it was so good I just had to have it again.

1.5oz REPOSADO TEQUILA (@1800tequila)
1/2oz MEZCAL (@doshombres)
3 dashes BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
One barspoon AGAVE SYRUP

Pour bitters, tequila, and mezcal over large rock of ice in rocks glass
Fill a barspoon with agave syrup and use the spoon to stir the drink
With a lit match, heat the exterior of an orange peel
Squeeze the peel into the flame to ignite the oils over the top of the drink
