Oaxacanite:

Drop a large grapefruit peel in the shaker when you shake this drink. It’s called a “regal shake.” It’s surprising how much citrus flavor it produces.

3/4oz HONEY SYRUP
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
•Grapfruit peel

•Combine ingredients and “regal shake”
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora glass
