Old Pal:

Similar to a Boulevardier with a dryer and more muted experience. The ‘Old Pal’ also has an old friend named the ‘Old Friend’ which uses gin, elderflower, and grapefruit juice.

3/4oz DRY VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
3/4oz CAMPARI (@campariusa)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain into chilled martini glass
•Garnish with orange peel
