It’s been maybe 100 recipes or so since I’ve made one that I thought “…hmm, this could be a Top 10.” This one made me think about it. It’s excellent. This recipe is an adaptation by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry (@official_beachbumberry).

1/2oz GREEN CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
1/4oz WHITE CRÈME DE CACAO
1/2oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with pineapple fronds
