Pineapple Martini:

A refreshing tropical spin on the martini and a reminder how exceedingly rare it is to fine a good vodka cocktail. You could just as easily call this a pineapple sour.

1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with pineapple fronds
