Definitely going to crack the top 10. ————— 2oz PISCO (@barsolpisco) 1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE 1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE 1/2oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP EGG WHITE 4 dashes BITTERS (@angosturahouse) ————— •Combine ingredients except for bitters in shaker •Vigorously dry shake to aerate egg white •Add large rock of ice and shake more •Double strain into chilled footed-rocks glass •Garnish with bitters and lime wheel
