3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
3/4oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Pour over ice in collins or highball
•Garnish with pineapple fronds or mint sprig
