Pornstar Martini:

This infamous drink comes from Douglas Ankrah at the Townhouse Bar in London circa 2002. It’s served with a sidecar of champagne. I’ve been wanting to make this one for a long time. I still had to take some short cuts to save money on it. Passionfruit are $5 a piece so didn’t buy enough to make 2oz of Puree. So I supplemented some passionfruit syrup. And I used vanilla extract instead infusing syrup and vodka with a vanilla bean. Blah blah blah anyway…the drink still turned out amazing.

1.5oz VANILLA VODKA (@absolutus)
2oz PASSIONFRUIT PUREE
1/2oz PASSOA (@passoa)
2 barspoons VANILLA SYRUP
2oz CHAMPAGNE
—————
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with half passionfruit
•Serve with a sidecar of champagne
