This classic Tiki drink from Don the Beachcomber is remarkably delicious. I’ve made a lot of the cocktails from this account for friends and family but this is the one that everyone seems to love the most.

1/2oz VELVET FALERNUM (@jdt_velvet_falernum)
1/2oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)
1 dash ANGUSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and whip shake with a small amount of crushed ice
•Open pour over crushed ice in lager glass
•Garnish with lime wedge and cocktail umbrella
