This is another one that I hope to make again and again. It’s like a more complex mojito. Very refreshing.

2oz DEMERARA RUM (@appletonestateusa)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)
8-10 MINT LEAVES
4-6 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Add mint, rum, lime, and syrup to collins glass and lightly muddle
•Place a barspoon (or swizzle stick if you have one) into the glass before filling with crushed ice
•Twist barspoon between the palms of your hands to “swizzle” the ingredients
•Top with more crushed ice and the bitters
•Garnish with mint sprig
