Raspberry Limoncello Martini:

I borrowed this recipe from @bevsbybeverly. I was expecting something overly sweet but what I got was a very well balanced, very drinkable treat.

1.5oz CITRON VODKA (@absolutvodka)
1.5oz LIMONCELLO (@iltramontoliqueurs)
1/2oz COINTREAU (@cointreau)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
6 RASPBERRIES
—————
•Rub lemon around the rim of a chilled coupe or martini glass
•Dip in sugar, place in freezer
•Muddle raspberries in shaker
•Add remaining ingredients and shake
•Double strain into glass
•Garnish with lemon wheel
