This recipe first appears in the 1974 edition of ‘Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide,’ with the specs modified in the 80’s by Gary ‘Gaz’ Regan. It’s got tequila so I like it.

1.5oz BLANCO TEQUILA (@tresagaves)
1/2oz CAMPARI (@campariusa)
1/4oz DRY VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/4oz SWEET VERMOUTH
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with lemon peel
