1.5oz VODKA (@titosvodka)
3/4oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
1/4oz APEROL (@aperolspritzofficial)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake to aerate the egg white
•Add a large cube of ice and shake 10 seconds more
•Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora
•Garnish with grapefruit peel
