Shakerato:
“Shakerato” is more a term for the method of making this drink rather than the name of the cocktail. In Italy it is common to shake espresso with ice and serve it chilled. For this drink, we are doing the same with Campari, but you can use anything! Chartreuse, Benedictine, or Fernet would all be lovely after a good Shakerato.
