This drink taught me that I don’t like cognac very much, but it’s popular because so many people do. Either way you should definitely give it a try. It has an easy recipe to remember because it is 3-2-1.

1.5oz VSOP COGNAC (@abk6cognac)

1oz PIERRE FERRAND CURAÇAO

1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

• Rub some lemon around the rim of a coupe glass and dip it in sugar
• Place glass in freezer
• Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
• Double strain into couple
• Garnish with lemon and cocktail cherry
