Sidewinder’s Fang:

A delicious tiki drink from Smuggler’s Cove with a really fun garnish. I modified the recipe just a bit because it would have been too voluminous to fit in my cognac glass.

2oz AGED RUM (@appletonestateusa)
1oz DARK RUM #myersdarkrum
1oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1oz FRESH ORANGE JUICE
1oz PASSIONFRUIT SYRUP (@liberandco)
2oz SELTZER

•Combine all ingredients but the seltzer and whip shake with crushed ice or flash blend
•Pour over crushed ice in cognac glass
•Add seltzer
•Garnish with mint sprig and snake shaped orange peel
