Singapore Sling:

I think this recipe is pretty close to what is served at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Boy is it delicious.

1/4oz CHERRY HEERING (@cherryheering1818)
1/4oz BENEDICTINE (@benedictineliqueur)
1/4oz GRENADINE (@liberandco)
1oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake 5-10 seconds
•Strain over crushed ice in hurricane glass
•Garnish with pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry
