Sleeping Lotus:

This cocktail originated at a bar called Hale Pele in Portland, Oregon. I’m a sucker for anything with orgeat so this was of course very tasty.

2oz GIN (@bombaysapphire)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz ORGEAT (@liberandco)
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
8-10 MINT LEAVES
SODA WATER

•Combine everything but the soda and shake
•Strain over crushed ice in collins glass
•Top with soda water
•Garnish with mint and edible flower if you have one
