Staffordshire Delight:

I finally started exploring @diffordsguide for recipes and boy are there an overwhelming amount of cocktails I want to try on there. Here’s one of them.

2oz GOLD RUM (@appletonestateusa)
1/2oz FERNET BRANCA (@fernetbranca)
1.5oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz ORGEAT (@liberandco)
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over ice in collins or highball
•Garnish with pineapple wedge
