Surfer On Acid:

Believe it or not this drink comes from 1990’s SoCal. It was originally served as a shooter but then modified into a cocktail by bartender Eric Tecosky.

1oz PINEAPPLE RUM (@planterayrum)
1oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz ORGEAT (@liquidalchemist)
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
—————
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with pineapple frond and lime wheel
