Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool:

This sweet treat was invented in Germany. The splash of blue curaçao makes it look like a beautiful swimming pool! Another version of this drink called the ‘Public Pool’ substitutes the curaçao for yellow chartreuse. ….just kidding.

3/4oz WHITE RUM (@bacardi)
3/4oz VODKA (@titosvodka)
2oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz HALF AND HALF
3/4oz CREAM OF COCONUT (@coco.lopez.usa)
1/4oz BLUE CURAÇAO (@dekuypercocktails)

•Combine ingredients minus the blue stuff and shake
•Pour over crushed ice in snifter glass
•Add blue curaçao and do a quick stir
•Garnish with pineapple frond
