An often overlooked classic that is thought to have originated in the 19th Century. It’s basically a martini with a little extra fun.

1oz DRY VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/3oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
1 dash ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain into chilled martini glass
•Garnish with lemon peel
