Whiskey Smash

It’s like a whiskey mojito. But with lemons instead of limes. And it kind of tastes nothing like a mojito.

1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP

1 SUGAR CUBE

1 half LEMON

8-10 mint leaves

• Place 4 lemon wedges and 8-10 mint leaves in shaker
• Add syrup and sugar cube, muddle
• Shake with crushed ice and open-gated pour into rocks glass
• Top with crushed ice
• Garnish with mint sprig
