This cocktail is found in the ‘Savoy Cocktail Book.’ It follows the same formula as the margarita. Add a dash of orange bitters and a couple drops of saline solution to elevate this drink.

3/4oz TRIPLE SEC (@cointreau)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/4oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with lemon peel
