- The premium tequila maker Clase Azul is celebrating their 25th Anniversary with a special edition - with a decanter painted in cobalt blue, and featuring 25 hand painted brushstrokes on its surface in platinum, one for each year of its history.
- The tequila inside pays homage to Clase Azul's signature Tequila Reposado. For this edition, part of the agave used to make this blend was milled using a tahona, a traditional stone mill whose use dates back to the origins of tequila. The fermentation time was also extended to intensify the tequila's citrus and fruity notes. Finally it was aged for eight months in two different first-use American whisky casks.
