Who doesn't love Australia's Four Pillars! Well, they're giving us more to love with their new Distiller Series' expression - a Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin!

As described by Four Pillars, expect "bright, crisp fresh fruit balanced with richer winter spices and endless depth of flavor - a super fresh apple and rhubarb crumble in a glass"! 

Their recommendation is to sip and savour it in a soda with a slice of apple garnish or have it shaken up in a wicked Rhubarb Crumble Sour. 

The new expression comes in collaboration with UK's Warners Gin who traded their rhubarb for Four Pillar's Shiraz.

The Four Pillars Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin will be out 18 April 2023 - gin fans, mark your calendars!
