New Zealand's Cloudy Bay Celebrates 40th Anniversary With Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Release

New Zealand's Cloudy Bay ushers in its 40th anniversary with the release of its Sauvignon Blanc 2025, launched earlier this month.
Since releasing its first vintage in Marlborough, New Zealand in 1985, Cloudy Bay has continued to introduce the world to Marlborough through wines in a way the brand says embodies curiosity and ingenuity, with constant innovation to reveal new possibilities in winemaking.
The Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is said to be characterised as fresh, elegant and full of vitality, a reflection of Marlborough in this moment and the people who bring it to life.
Cloudy Bay's Technical Director and Winemaker Jim White said: “As we celebrate forty years, this wine reflects not just the season, but the enduring spirit of discovery that defines Cloudy Bay .”
The anniversary will be celebrated by a gathering at Air CCCC, 25B Dempsey Rd on October 27, where Winemaking Director John Flanagan will be joined by industry stakeholders and brand supporters to raise a glass to four decades of innovation.
