Islay giant Laphroaig keeps on keeping on with the second in their Wall Collection - this time shining a spotlight on ROPE!

We're fairly certain no distillery has yet dedicated an expression to this hardy connector of things - so big props to Laphroaig for being incredibly creative.

This second expression - a 39 Year Old follow-up to lat year's 36 Year Old "Peat" - appears to feature art from Laura Carlin who had produced a handpainted bottle for the first edition which featured the use of paint that Laphroaig uses for the walls of its distillery. Super cool! It'll be interesting to see what art the new expression will feature.

Laphroaig "Rope" appears to have an outturn of only 200 bottles, and will be bottled at 42.5% ABV.
