Sake Reviews

Takizawa Junmai Daiginjo

Takizawa Junmai Daiginjo

Alcohol: 16%; Polishing: 49%

Rice types: Hitogokoti

Yeast Type: no. 7

Wanted to ended the night off with something on the sweet side but was taken on a rollercoaster with this complex sake.

Best served in a wine glass to bring out it’s elegance. This sake brings you on a journey of different flavours from it’s refreshing mouthfeel to a drier/acidic finish.

A straight sake cup brings out it’s sweetness more and less of it’s acidity.

A definite recommend.

It definitely brought me on a journey and mindf*ck. From @mrotaru_sg

P.S. and a happy birthday to me. 🤭
