1,100 Exhibitors Expected at Vinexpo Asia 2025 in Singapore: 27-29 May

Asia Pacific's thirst for wine and spirits continues to grow. According to the IWSR, the region accounts for 10% of global wine imports, and with beverage alcohol consumption forecast to grow in 2025 by 1.5%, rising to a heady 5.9% for the ready-to-drink segment, it's a market that's ripe with potential. Singapore, in particular has 3% growth in the wine sector projected by 2025 and boasts an increasingly attractive market, with a respective 2.18% CAGR in volume through 2028 for wine and 3% for spirits.

Vinexpo Asia, a trade show for wine and spirits professionals with events in both Singapore and Hong Kong, offers access to these key stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region. Since its debut in 2023, it has served as a strategic platform for networking, discovering industry innovations, and fostering business opportunities.

Vinexpo Asia has just announced its return to Singapore in 2025. Mark your calendars for the 27th to 29th of May, when the event will take place at the iconic Marina Bay Sands. This edition promises to be a big one, bringing together 1,100 exhibitors from over 20 countries and welcoming 11,000 professional visitors from 70 countries.

This year’s Vinexpo Asia in Singapore will attract exhibitors from diverse producing regions as France, Italy and Australia (the top three countries, no less), along with Spain, New Zealand, South Africa, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, to name but a few. Asian producers from China and Japan are also set to make an impactful showing, while South American representation from Argentina and Chile will also be in the spotlight. And it's not just wine; spirits will also make a strong showing, with representation from Japan, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, France, and China.

For those interested in the organic side of things, the Welcome to the Organic World (WOW!) section, introduced in Singapore for the first time, will offer visitors an opportunity to explore the diverse range of organic and biodynamic wines produced globally. Also making its debut at Vinexpo Asia is the award-winning collective Wines Unearthed, offering a unique one-stop showcase of boutique producers who are looking for distributors in the region.

The event is well-positioned to open opportunities to emerging markets that promise great growth. There would also be the Vinexpo Academy programme, which offers visitors an opportunity to experience insightful high-level masterclasses, conferences, and discovery tastings. The line-up includes top sommeliers from around the globe, discussions on current-day issues in the wine and spirits markets, and rare opportunities to taste specialty wine vintages. Sounds like a great opportunity to brush up on your wine knowledge and maybe even discover a new favourite vintage!

“The global wine and spirits industry faces a pivotal geo-economic challenge with declining consumption worldwide. In this context, seizing commercial opportunities is imperative. Southeast Asia, with Singapore as its key business hub, is where growth happens. Vinexpo Asia in May will be the prime event for industry leaders to connect and thrive in this dynamic region,” shares Rodolphe Lameyse, CEO of the Vinexposium group which hosts Vinexpo Asia.
