67 Pall Mall Singapore Welcomes New General Manager and Head of Wine Operations

 

67 Pall Mall Singapore, has announced the appointment of their new General Manager and Head of Wine Operations Derrick Lim and Andreas Rosendal MS respectively.

General Manager Derrick Lim brings to the Club an extensive experience across Singapore, Greater China, and Southeast Asia, with a portfolio that includes flagship luxury launches for the Michelin Key-awarded Artyzen Singapore and St. Regis. At 67 Pall Mall Singapore, Derrick will work closely with the Club's management and service teams to strengthen operations and refine members' experiences.

 

 

Meanwhile, Andreas Rosendal MS holds the distinction of being the first Swede to earn the Master Sommelier Diploma, and is one of fewer than 279 worldwide. He holds previous positions such as Regional Head Sommelier for D&D Restaurant Group, Restaurant Director and F&B Manager at Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa, and oversaw operations when The Dining Room held two Michelin stars, a Green Star, and the Distinctive Service Gold Award.

Since 2017, Andreas has served as International Wine Judge for the Decanter World Wine Awards, IWSC, and Bacchus International, judging benchmark regions including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy, Germany, and England. He holds the Diploma in Wines & Spirits from WSET and serves as mentor at Grythyttan's School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts at Örebro University in Sweden.

Andreas will oversee wine programming, education initiatives, cellar management strategy and the development of the venue's team of sommeliers.

Together, the two will attend to and ensure the future of 67 Pall Mall Singapore, which continues to boast the most extensive wine list in Singapore with an extraordinary collection of 6,000 bottles and a world-class selection of 1,000 labels available by the glass.
