Climb Onboard A HeavenSake Masterclass With Master Sommelier Joshua Kalinan At Singapore Yachting Festival: 11 – 13 April 2025

If you’ve never sipped sake while floating past Sentosa’s glistening shoreline, now might be the time to consider it. HeavenSake—best known for its Franco-Japanese take on sake blending— is having Regional Brand Ambassador Joshua Kalinan set up a series of breezy, on-the-water masterclasses during the upcoming Singapore Yachting Festival on 11, 12 and 13th April 2025.

HeavenSake is a collaborative project between French cellar master Régis Camus (who’s better known for his work with Champagne) and several acclaimed Japanese breweries, including Dassai, Urakasumi, and Konishi. Each blend is developed through a dialogue between French and Japanese craftsmanship—think the purity and nuance of Japanese sake, with a touch of the structure and balance that Camus brings from his Champagne expertise.

Joshua Kalinan, a name that’s probably familiar to local sake fans (he’s a certified Master Sake Sommelier and also the first Singaporean to win the title of Sake Sommelier of the Year), will be leading the charge. Known for his down-to-earth teaching style and deep understanding of the craft, he’ll be guiding guests through HeavenSake’s line-up aboard a private yacht as part of the JiuAsia experience.

The masterclasses will run on three consecutive days—11, 12 and 13 April—each session starting at 2pm sharp. Tickets are going at S$100 per person.

You can sign up via this link and confirm your attendance by reaching out directly to Joshua at +65 9061 8148.

Kanpai!
