ANTI:DOTE at Fairmont Hotel Singapore has just announced a guest mixologist residency featuring the bartender duo Stefano Filardi and Alessandro Marchese from Dean & Nancy 22 in May!

Dean & Nancy 22, created by the team behind Maybe Sammy (No. 29 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022) is a hotel bar perched high in the Sydney skyline - and was nominated  one of the Top 10 Best International Hotel Bars in APAC by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. 

The cocktails from Dean & Nancy 22 are known to be playful and bold. Try out the La Esquina, made with Mount Gay Rum, apricot, dry vermouth, cacao, and granola, or the refreshing Notre Dame, a mix of Remy Martin Cognac, pear eau de vie, ginger, lime, and Perrier, there's something for everyone on the menu. All cocktails will be priced at $22++.

Here are the following dates to look out for: Stefano and Alessandro will be at ANTI:DOTE at Fairmont Hotel Singapore on 14, 15, 17 May from 7pm to 11pm, and 18 May, from 9pm to 12am; as well as hold a guest shift on 16 May, 7pm to 11pm at SKAI Bar, Level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford from 7pm to 11pm.
