One of the biggest highlights of the Maltiverse is sure to be the Maltiverse Chef's Table. This culinary experience features Chef Stefan Kam, a world-class talent known for his creative blend of Dutch and Asian influences. Having honed his skills at top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants, he's ready to take you on a taste adventure where Heineken's Pure Malt is the star ingredient.

The menu is something else:

• Malt Sphere: Think of it as your passport to the Maltiverse, a burst of refreshing Pure Malt with a zesty yuzu kick.
• Maltiverse Doughnut: This is where things get interesting. Savory fans will love the pulled pork marinated in Heineken, contrasted by a Pure Malt sauce and a satisfyingly crispy malt topping. Consider this the ultimate fusion of savory and sweet.
• Infinity Malt Duck: A nod to Chef Stefan's Amsterdam roots, this dish stars a slow-smoked duck that's been brined in Pure Malt for incredible depth of flavor. The classic risotto gets a malty makeover too, with barley, spinach, and sundried tomatoes rounding out the plate.
