The latest release from Hendrick’s highly popular Cabinet of Curiosities series, the Grand Cabaret Gin, is debuting at lively bars and retailers across Singapore.

Each gin release from the Cabinet of Curiosities is inspired by different stories that result in delicious new expressions of Hendrick’s Gin. Hendrick’s Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie, was inspired to create the Grand Cabaret after reading about a stone fruit eau de vie that was served with a dash of gin and scented with rose which gained popularity at fashionable Parisian parties in the early 1900s.

Gracie said: “I’m always looking for inspiration and this time I found it leafing through historical recipes for stone fruit spirits - eaux de vies, peach schnapps, cherry liqueurs and the like. I added sweet herbs to round the vibrant fruit out. It’s the first time I’ve experimented with stone fruits and I love how it adds a decadent depth of flavour, whilst maintaining a refreshing lightness."

Special takes on classic cocktails include the fruity Grand Cabaret Iced Tea, the classic Grand Cabaret & Tonic with cucumber, a fruity twist on the French 75, and the decadent Grand Cabaret Royale with cranberry, lime, and Champagne or sparkling wine.

If you're hoping to experience the new Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret in cocktails, bars across Singapore will certainly deliver. Debuting at The Singapore EDITION, The Punch Room unveils three exquisitely extravagant specials for the month of March: the fragrant Punch of the Opera, blending with floral notes of Jasmine tea with zesty Saffron cordil and Yuzushu, alongside signatures of the Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret Iced Tea, and Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret & Tonic (priced at $27++). Spirited celebrations extend to The Wonder Room, with single ($280) and twin bottles ($450) fit for gatherings amongst curious companions.

Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret also makes its appearance on bar menus at High House, KPO Cafe & Bar, The Tipsy Tavern, Que Pasa and more. From March, gin enthusiasts may sample the signature Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret Iced Tea and Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret & Tonic at FairPrice Grocers at Clarke Quay, Woodleigh Mall, CentrePoint, and Century Square.

Now available at select FairPrice stores, Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret is priced at S$99.92.
