According to Head Bartender Marcus Liow, “In traditional Asian folklore, dimples are symbols of good fortune and prosperity. At DIMPLE, those ‘small impressions’ are the smiles that guests take with them as they leave—always glad they came and eager to return, perhaps with new friends.”
