Launching on 30 November 2024, the Copacabana Brunch looks to transport you to the vibrant shores of Rio de Janeiro every Saturday afternoon from 12pm to 3pm with free-flowing champagne, crafted cocktails, and SUSHISAMBA's signature dishes, all while soaking in the electrifying atmosphere created by live DJs and captivating performances.

The Copacabana Brunch is famed for its immersive experience, where roving performances, music, and spontaneous dance moments are the norm. Diners can embrace the samba spirit in a luxurious, high-energy setting that only SUSHISAMBA can provide.

The lunch is priced at at $250++ per person, and offers unlimited servings of signature dishes across all categories, with four courses, a selection of seviches, and main courses like an Australian Grass-Fed Short Rib. Sushi lovers would enjoy live sushi stations with skilled chefs preparing signature SAMBA rolls, nigiri, and sashimi right before your eyes. If you're craving something with a little more South American, the robata live station will be serving up freshly-fired anticuchos meat skewers.

The brunch boasts an impressively comprehensive free-flow champagne programme with four tiers to choose from. This begins with the Boizel Brut Reserve (Copacabana), which can be upgraded to Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 (Premio) for $70++ per person, the Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2013 (Luxo) at $345++ per person, or the Dom Pérignon Jean-Michel Basquiat Special Edition Collection 2015 (Fortuna) at $788++ per person.
