This month, Johnnie Walker Princes Street is rolling up its sleeves to usher in a revolutionary flavour fest for Scotland with STIR - an avant-garde cocktail and cuisine concept. Partnering with the culinary dream team, two Michelin-starred Chef James Close and his genius wife, Maria Close, Head of Pastry, owners of the internationally acclaimed gourmet haven, Raby Hunt. This isn't just an innovation, it's a taste revolution!

An Adventure Awaits

Every single one of Miran Chauhan's artfully crafted cocktails tells a gripping story, and you're going to want to listen. From a Hedgerow Aquavit, bursting with berries foraged from the Glenkinchie distillery's doorstep, to a Cliff Edge Vermouth, lovingly infused with botanicals from Scotland's Four Corners distilleries. Each glass is a thrilling journey that will have you seeing whisky in a whole new light.

Known for their new age approach to fine dining and micro dishes that tell a thousand tales, James and Maria have crafted six bite-sized beauties that will pair with cocktails. Expect an uncharted culinary voyage, from the deep, umami allure of the Aguachile Oyster bite, to the comforting sweetness of the Green Apple.
