This Spring, they're adding a touch of Japanese elegance to their menu. PLUME is partnering with Suntory's Roku Gin to unveil three exquisite cocktails, each crafted with Roku Gin's Sakura Blossom Edition to capture the essence of the Spring season. This special collaboration, called "A Celebration of Spring with Roku", will be available from 1 April to 24 May 2024. The Roku Gin's new Sakura Blossom Edition is inspired by the annual Hanami Festival in Japan where Sakura cherry blossoms are in full bloom. 

Each of these special cocktails is made to embody the distinct flavour profiles of floral, fresh, and delicate – perfect for those who enjoy a lighter touch in their drinks. Let's take a closer look:

Saku-Mai ($20++): This delicate but spirit-forward cocktail packs a surprise with an umami twist. Intriguing, isn't it? It sounds like it offers a unique blend of savoury and floral notes, a departure from typical sweet spring cocktails.

Ohanami ($20++): A floral highball representing a picnic overlooking Sakura flowers. This one evokes images of a relaxing afternoon, and perhaps has a lighter, more refreshing profile.

Lady in Osaka ($20++): If you enjoy lusciously fresh flavours inspired by the flowers of Osaka, this one's for you. I'm guessing this has a brighter, perhaps even slightly fruity character.
