PLUME Unveils Caviar-Cocktail Pairings And A Masterclass: 20 April 2024

 

Swanky, sophisticated, and sitting high among the clouds at Pan Pacific Singapore, PLUME is all about top-shelf cocktails and refined bites. Their 'Flyaway Forage' guest series brings in mixologists and culinary folks from around the globe.

They're taking things to a whole different level of luxury on the 20th of April 2024. This evening, PLUME is hosting a Mottra Caviar Masterclass led by Brand Ambassador Cecilia Wong. Mottra sources black caviar from sturgeon and is a favourite among top restaurants across London, Japan, the USA, and Europe.

 

 

For $78++ per person this masterclass includes a pairing experience with Mottra's Malossol Osetra Caviar and cocktails and chocolate. The Malossol Osetra is delicately flavoured and 100% sustainable and would be served alongside the following items:

  • Mottra Malossol Osetra Caviar with Grey Goose Martini 
  • Mottra Malossol Osetra Caviar with Smoked Saline Spray
  • Mottra Malossol Osetra Caviar with Brandade de Morue
  • Mottra Malossol Osetra Caviar with two types of Chocolate

  • Goose-bump ($25++): Dry Grey Goose Vodka Martini with a bump of Caviar
  • Champagne Punch ($25++): Milk Washed Grey Goose Vodka with Cacao & Champagne
  • Malossol Ostrea Bump ($19++): Estimate 4 grams of Mottra Malossol Ostrea Caviar
