Potato Head Singapore's Studio 1939 is rolling out their fresh "Palette of Sounds" cocktail menu, and it's all about celebrating the fusion of art and music.
Studio 1939 is the bar situated on the third floor of Potato Head Singapore on Keong Saik, and has been a go-to spot since 2014. And if you've been there, you know they're not just about the drinks. Their food menu, especially those iconic Three Buns burgers whipped up by Executive Chef Adam Penney, is something to talk about.
"Palette of Sounds" is described as an experience of flavours and emotions led by Bar Manager and Head Bartender Kavish Hurrydoss.
For the jazz lovers, there's the Ottis Rock (S$26) which combines bourbon, coffee, green apple, chocolate, and a zing of jalapeno. If you're looking for something fruity, the Rhythm and Vase (S$23) is a refreshing mix of vermouth, watermelon, yuzu, citrus, Perrier, and Aer. The menu itself is a visual treat with abstract, colour-forward illustrations for each drink.
The Imagine Dragon (S$23) is a highball that brings together the striking red hues of dragon fruit combined with gin, peach, pineapple, calamansi, and lemongrass. The Sun Won’t Set (S$26) is a delightful blend of chaat masala, mango citrus, mace, and curry leaf mixed with mezcal and tequila. The Voice of the Moon (S$21) celebrates Samai Kampot pepper from Cambodia with a mix of rum, starfruit, coconut, lime, and salt. And if you're feeling bold, "Trust Your Bartender" (S$28) lets the team craft a drink tailored just for you, from base spirit to presentation.
if you're in the mood for a night filled with exceptional drinks, burgers, and vibes, swing by Studio 1939 at 36 Keong Saik Road, Floor 3. They're open every day from 5pm to midnight.
