Potato Head's Three Buns Burger Bar Refreshes Drinks Menu With Alcoholic Milkshakes! - January 2024


Three Buns Quayside is already well-known for their commitment to high-quality meats and creative, modern riffs on the classic meat sandwich. A proud member of the high-profile Potato Head family of regional hospitality brands, the 80-seat burger bar has been a go-to spot for burger enthusiasts since its inception in 2018. Led by Executive Chef Adam Penney, the restaurant has consistently delighted palates with its array of beef, lamb, chicken, and vegetarian burgers, each complemented by a range of house-made sauces and pickles.

Now, for 2024, Three Buns has announced a significant revamp of its drinks menu. This new offering is meticulously crafted to match the rich and diverse flavours of their famous burgers.

The highlight of the new menu is an expanded selection of signature cocktails to accompany the hearty nosh. Tantalising options include the 'Lady Miss Kir' (S$19) which is a delightful mix of Tini Prosecco and blackberry shrub. For those seeking a smokier flavour, the 'El Babuino' (S$24) combines Monkey Shoulder Smokey Monkey and Tequila Código 1530 Blanco with cranberry, mint, and lime. Not forgetting the classic 'Banana Daiquiri' (S$21), which now features Veritas rum and banana-infused Takamaka Blanc rum, balanced with lemon.

Cooler Than A Cucumber


For the drivers the 'Sober Corner' offers a nice selection of non-alcoholics. The 'Polyjuice Potion' (S$8) is a refreshing blend of green apple, cucumber, lime, and soda, while the 'Strawberry Fields' (S$8) is a sweet concoction of strawberry sorbet, lime, and soda.

Milkshake lovers are in for a treat as well, with new additions like the 'Booberry' (S$13), 'Coffee Milkshake' (S$12), and the 'Man Go Free Milkshake' (S$12). For a more indulgent experience, there's even alcoholic milkshake options, such as 'That’s Bananas Milkshake' (S$19) – soft serve, a double shot of house-infused banana rum and banana syrup, the 'Wild Thang Milkshake' – soft serve, Wild Turkey Bourbon, chocolate ganache, vanilla and a hint of salt, and the 'Rasputin' (S$19) – housemade vegan coconut ice cream, a double shot of Frangelico and oat milk, all of which offers a perfect blend of dessert and cocktail.

Three Buns Quayside has also introduced enticing daily specials for easy drinking sessions. Patrons can enjoy 2 lagers for S$22 or 2 IPAs & porters for S$26 from 8pm to close. The all-day 'Jungle Juice' sampler at S$35 is another attractive option. The happy hour special, available daily from 5 - 7pm, includes a burger and beer combo for S$28, with an option to upgrade to IPA or Porter for an additional S$3.

Located at 60 Robertson Quay, #01-01, Singapore 238252, Three Buns Quayside is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 5 - 9:30pm, Fridays from 12 - 9:30pm, Saturdays from 10am - 9:30pm, and Sundays from 10am - 9pm.
