Kou Teppan and Haku Sushi are collaborating on a special, two-night-only sake pairing omakase series. This event features a partnership with two renowned sake breweries from Tokushima Prefecture in Japan: Hosui Shuzo and Saito Shuzo.

This exclusive series offers guests the opportunity to experience thoughtfully curated Japanese meals paired with premium sake. The brewery owners will be present to discuss their sakes, aided by a skilled translator to facilitate communication.

Each menu is crafted with seasonal ingredients to enhance the pairing with sakes from Tokushima.

On 25 September at 7:30 PM, Haku Sushi will host a 5-sake pairing experience for $128 per person. Their 8-course Kansai Sushi Omakase includes standout dishes like the Hon Maguro & Scallion Handroll, topped with Uni, paired with the fruity and fragrant Gotenzakura Junmai Ginjo Genshu.

On 27 September at 7:30 PM, Kou Teppan will offer a 5-sake pairing omakase for $108 per person. Their 7-course A5 Satsumagyu Omakase features the Teppan Main - A5 Satsumagyu Ichibo, paired with the rich and malty Hosui Kimoto Tokubetsu Junmai.
