Following a recent distillery trip by its bar team to SHINANO distillery in Japan, Singapore's MO BAR has unveiled a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by Okinawa's landscapes and drinking culture.
The menu will also aim to highlight the unique profiles of the distillery's SHINANO Baijiu and SEARA Vodka.
For now, guests may look forward to the デイゴ春 (Deigo Haru), a silky, mid-strength stirred cocktail inspired by Okinawa’s iconic Deigo flower and the Sunfall in Naha, a bright, savoury highball capturing the feeling of golden hour along Okinawa’s coastline.
Each cocktail is priced at $24++ and is available from now through to June 30, 2026.
