Maison Telmont is partnering with iconic Marina Bay destination Bayside to deliver the ultimate al fresco champagne experience in Singapore. Now open Mondays through Saturdays, Maison Telmont’s new flagship Champagne bar at Bayside showcases all six Telmont collections, including the Réserve Brut, Réserve Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Vinotheque, and the Confidential Cuvée.

To mark the launch, Bayside and Telmont will offer a range of champagne specials, starting with Sunset Hour every Monday to Friday. Guests can savour the well-balanced and fruity Telmont Réserve Brut while taking in the views of Marina Bay Sands, with bottles priced at $88++ from 6 PM to 8 PM.

The Telmont Réserve Brut is a beautifully balanced blend of three grape varieties, offering a perfect harmony of richness, fruitiness, and freshness. If you're looking for a pairing to your glass of Réserve Brut, Bayside’s Oysters will be available from $4++ during sunset hour.

Additionally, Wednesdays will feature Ladies Night, where ladies can enjoy free-flowing Telmont at $68++ from 6 PM to 8 PM. The free-flow offering also includes Aperol Spritzes, house beer, wine, and spirits.

The new flagship champagne bar will also feature a selection of food items from Bayside, including the Bayside Lobster Roll ($24++), which features lobster sautéed in melted butter on a brioche bun with light mayo and herbs, topped with a refreshing lemon squeeze. 

Other must-try menu items include the Cheese Flatbreads ($16++), topped with tomato, parmesan, and a choice of meat, and the Truffle Fries ($12++) with fluffy parmesan cheese and green onion. The menu includes small bites such as cheese & charcuterie, smoked salmon & cream cheese blinis, and pâté.

Looking ahead, Bayside will continue its signature events in collaboration with Telmont. During the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, Bayside—located outside Gate 5 of the race track—will showcase Telmont’s various expressions for all to try. On New Year’s Eve, Bayside and Telmont will host a New Year’s Eve Champagne Party to celebrate another year in the name of Mother Nature.
