As much as I enjoy the occasional martini at a bar, I don't drink a ton of them at home. The result? A fair amount of dry vermouth to get through before it goes off, despite sitting in the fridge. I came across this recipe on @liquor when looking for brunch/day drink ideas, and it's something I see myself turning to whenever I feel like a cheeky, low(ish)-ABV indulgence while the sun's still up.
The drink in the picture is a little pale because I didn't have oranges in any form on hand (well, except Cointreau, which I did add a teeny splash of). Still worked rather nicely, imo.
