Guerilla (GRLA) Pop Up at Ghost Writer


If pop-ups and guest shifts are like a fleeting romance you'll never quite forget, GRLA is a fling well flung. I'd seen and heard enough to know I was in for a special evening, and it turned out to be everything I'd imagined, and then some.

It's a tough ask to pick just a handful of things off a menu that's begging to be tried in its entirety, but every single one of these choices was a winner:
