Springbank Auctions Special 21 Year Old Edition In Support Of Ukraine - Opens on Monday 25th April midday BST

You may be aware that Springbank had recently sold 500 bottles of a special edition 10 Year Old Single Malt to raise funds for the Ukrainian people during this period of difficulty. Till date, the distillery has raised over £11,000 for the Disasters Emergency Committee, Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Despite murmurs of approval on social media, a good number of malt lovers have suggested that the distillery should have auctioned off these bottles as a more effective means of fund-raising.

Well, Springbank is back with a second round of fund-raising! And this time they are indeed auctioning off 6 bottles of special edition Springbank 21 Years Old for the same Humanitarian Appeal. These bottles would be bottled at 46% ABV. The distillery has also said that they would be "completely unique" expressions as they were all drawn from the same cask.

These 6 bottles would be auctioned off individually to the six highest bidders.

If you are interested in this charity auction, the auction will go live on Monday 25th April at midday and close on Friday 29th at 3pm (BST). Bidding starts at £1000.

To place a bid, email the distillery at ukraineappeal@springbank.scot providing the following information:
1. Your Bid Amount (minimum bid £1000)
2. Your Full Name
3. Contact Telephone Number
4. Your Address

Beginning with the “Starting Bid” of £1000, the distillery will announce the consecutive highest bid every day at midday until the auction closes. The most recent update will be displayed on this page.

Alternatively, you may wish to make a direct donation to the fund here: https://donation.dec.org.uk/ukraine-humanitarian-appeal.

Our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people.
